The conference will take place on May 16-18, 2024 in Krakow, at the Jagiellonian University Medical College.
Unfortunately, we are not planning online broadcasts this year, so only live participation is possible.
Abstract Submission is open until the 29th of March. The results of the abstract evaluation will be announced on the 8th April and Active Participants will have one week (until the 15th of April) to pay the fee and confirm participation

No! Only active participants prepare abstracts and present papers. However, you can participate in the conference as a passive participant - then you can participate in all points of the conference program, with the difference that you do not have to present any work.
The only difference between passive and active participants is that active present their work and passive not. Both passive and active participants can participate in sessions, lectures, workshops, social programs, clinical and audience competition.
Yes. You can submit 2 abstracts at all, but you can be an non-presenting co-author of more than that.
Oral and poster presentations in electronic form and .ppt/.ppx or .pdf format should be sent to the Session Coordinators via email by 8th of May. Time to deliver an oral presentation should not exceed 7 minutes for original work and systematic review/meta-analysis and 5 minutes for case report. 2. Time of discussion after delivering oral presentations should not exceed 3 minutes.

Yes! All submitted abstracts will be considered in the Scientific Competition. Best works will receive in-kind or monetary prizes.
During all scientific sessions, some theoretical questions will be displayed in the thematic area of the session. All participants present during the session will be able to participate. A person who will get the most correct answers in the most sessions wins the Competition and receive monetary prizes.
This year the subject of the competition is emergency medicine. Participants will compete in 6-person teams in theoretical and practical tasks. The best teams will receive in-kind or monetary prizes. Registration for the Competition will be open until the 29th of April 2024
The cost for active participants is 150 PLN /35 € and for passive participants 80 PLN/19 €.

Passive participants: If you need an invoice, please fill in the relevant details when registering for the conference.
Active participants: Once your work has been qualified for the conference, you will receive a form that is the final confirmation of your desire to participate in the conference, which will include space for you to fill in your invoice details.
Yes. The gala will have an additional fee- to be disclosed soon. The price includes hot and cold meals, unlimited drinks, and an unforgettable night in the center of Cracow.
It depends on you. You can print it yourself in A1 format and bring it to the conference, or you can leave it to us, for an additional fee.
