Registration & Abstract Submission

Abstract submission will be open from January 2nd to February 16th.

1. Before submitting your work, make sure it complies with the guidelines available at this link.
2. If you want to send more than one work – submit a separate form for each work.
3. All submissions can be presented as either oral presentations or poster presentations. In the submission form, participants may indicate their preferred presentation format; however, the organizing committee reserves the right to modify the format. Presenters will be notified of the final presentation format well in advance of the conference.
4. The results will be announced no later than March 24, 2025 via e-mail
5. After qualifying the work, all participants will be asked to fill in the form confirming participation in the conference and pay the conference fee. All details will be provided by e-mail.

Registration for passive participants will be open from January 15th to March 31st

Passive participant has the opportunity to:

• • receive a welcome bag
  • participate in workshops and social programs
  • participate in thematic sessions as a listener
  • participation in the gala (for an additional fee)
  • participate in two competitions: clinical and audience competition.
